PC Pumps

Due to their universal characteristics, PC pumps are the most commonly used positive displacement pumps. They are an important part of all the processes in which sludge or waste, fluids with a high solid matter content, paint, viscous fluids or non-Newtonian fluids are transported. Their constant pumping rate means that they are suited for dosed application. German Legacy offers a comprehensive package of PC pumps.
  • German Legacy PC pumps can transfer all fluids with solid content
  • Pulsation free transferral and dosage of fluids
  • Transferral of foodstuff, even when lumpy
  • Robust pump elements for the transportation of abrasive fluids such as lime wash or mortar
  • Drop fit – the screw pumps we deliver are constructed with mating dimensions of the Bornemann* standard. For other manufacturers, we can offer mated aggregates or complementary adaptors. Thereby, our pumps can usually be fitted in the existing surroundings easily and without modification.
  • Block assembly, with directly flange-mounted geared motors, compact fitting to vertically assembled aggregates
  • Standard: With coupling and geared motor on a shared base plate
  • Funnel pumps for fluids with a high percentage of solids
  • Vertical PC pumps for mounting in tanks and containers
  • Housing: gray cast iron, VA cast iron and steel, stainless steel and DUPLEX steel in welded shafts: 1.4021 …. 1.4462 (DUPLEX)
  • Stators: NBR, FKM, CSM also in food grade
  • Gaskets: Soft packings, single and double-acting gaskets, also with supply systems according to API plan
Quantity: 0,1….500 m³/h
Inlet pressure: 0-50 bar
Outlet pressure: up to 100 bar
Differential pressure: up to 48 bar
